I had an arrow-shaped nose, a long nose, and a slight hump. In the before photo, I had gotten filler-dissolving injections, but some filler remained, and I also had a Hiko nose lift done. During surgery, they dissolved the filler and removed the Hiko threads too. The silicone is 5 mm, and septal cartilage was used. I think it turned out natural! I like that the nasal tip has been lifted the most
