What I considered most important was harmony with my face and natural-looking results. For now, I'm satisfied! I used 4.5 mm silicone, cartilage, and septal cartilage. I had nasal asymmetry, and it improved compared to before. It's not perfect, but I'm satisfied. Also, I have a protruding mouth, but after getting my nose done, it feels like my mouth protrudes less than before.. Is it just my imagination..? (Photos deleted)
