3 years after removal

People who are full of dreams about rhinoplasty can just pass by. I think rhinoplasty is one of the cosmetic surgeries that you really shouldn’t do. First of all, I had septal osteotomy rhinoplasty, and I removed it after 2 months. The reasons for removal were a severe foreign-body sensation and a nose bomb that I never knew when would burst. My current nose shape is: the height is back to before surgery, and the appearance is somewhere between before and after. It has now just settled into that shape. For people thinking about removal, the sooner you do it, the better. If you remove it, there’s really no need to worry too much. For people who think, “Even if it’s uncomfortable, I can tolerate it if it’s pretty,” I don’t think you necessarily need to remove it. But I hope you know this. For a nose to look pretty, you inevitably have to put in an implant. And when that implant is inside, the internal wound doesn’t heal; it keeps trying to push it out and return to its original state. As that happens, the nose gradually shrinks and inflammation occurs. It may last 5 years or 10 years at most, but it won’t be as pretty as it was at first. It can stay pretty for 2 or 3 years, but after that the nose becomes uglier and turns into a grotesque nose shape that only maintains the height from the implant. Even if you regret it and try to remove it then, it’s already too late. If you remove even the height from a nose that has shrunk while only maintaining height... that’s just the end. Anyway, what I want to say is: those thinking about removal, please take courage and be sure to remove it. If the doctor at the hospital where you had it done communicates well and is skilled, it’s good to do it there. If not, definitely find a removal hospital. Fighting!
