<This was when I had silicone>Once one more month passes, it will be 1 year. So the time of 1 year really does come haha. The photos are from the silicone period onward, left/right/front. The question I get asked the most is, does it spread out? does it not spread out? Looking at my front-view photo, if you personally feel that way, then I think it probably did spread. Honestly, I do not feel like it spread, but I did feel that it did not have the same sharp definition as when I had silicone. That was about the extent of it, and with things like how it feels, I think the most accurate thing is to accept it as you feel when you look at it. If you feel it is not great, then that not-great feeling is also right, and if you feel it is pretty, then it must be a pretty nose, right? Cosmetic surgery is something where your own subjective feeling applies a lot. For me, I liked the silicone too, and I like the dermis nose too. The dermis nose does not have the artificial look unique to silicone or the thinning-out over time, and the thinned skin has been reinforced, so should I say it feels more stable? I also think both the cosmetic effect and safety have been secured, so the psychologically anxious parts have been relieved. If not for the scar, I also think it is a sufficiently good material haha. That said, it is not that I am stressed because of the scar either
