It’s been 5 months since I started, and I’m doing it slowly without extractions. I go for regular treatment once every 3 weeks, and except for the week after I come back from an appointment, it’s bearable. During the week I’ve just been there, I regret it so much that I wonder why I ever did this, but when I see my teeth getting straight, I’m satisfied enough to live with it. I don’t recommend doing it just for cosmetic reasons; I hope you only do it if your upper and lower teeth really don’t align~!
