I had orthodontic treatment 7 years ago. My teeth weren't protruding, but my upper and lower teeth didn't match up, so I went ahead with it. At the time, they said I might need surgery, but I just did orthodontics without surgery for about 4 years. My current condition is that, as expected, since I only did orthodontics without surgery, the doctor says it's not matching up again. But I don't really feel any inconvenience, and I think the orthodontic treatment turned out well, so I'm satisfied.
