I had nasal tip surgery for 1.67 million won, using ear cartilage, cartilage tying, soft tissue removal, and so on, and honestly no one could tell I had a nose job. Even friends who had known me from before just said things like, “Did you lose weight?” or “Your nose looks sharper,” and they really had no idea I had surgery. If you want natural-looking nose surgery, I really, really strongly recommend nasal tip tying!! Oh, and I can’t make a pig nose, but I can move it side to side. (This is TMI, but I found it so fascinating after surgery that I’m sharing! hahaha)
