I got alar reduction at a clinic I didn’t think they were big, but the doctor said they would reduce them by 4.5 mm Anyway, they’re swollen now so they look weird, and my nostrils are barely visible... Still, I think it’s better than before, so I’m consoling myself Will it look more okay once the swelling goes down... The first day hurt more than I expected, and it’s day two now, but it hurts less lol Maybe it’s the lightest procedure among nose surgeries
