Ten years ago, I had the tip cartilage tied together. The tip of my nose was split like Shin Hae-sun's, so I thought just tying that up would be enough, but since the tip was bulky, they said they'd remove some tissue too, so I agreed. But maybe they removed too much tissue on just one side, because it ended up looking like a crooked nose, and one side looked pinched.
