I had surgery for a short nose and upturned nose, but it wasn't improved at all, so after a lot of thought I decided on revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage. I had the revision surgery, but the swelling didn't go down well, and I kept having nosebleeds and discharge. When they checked, they said it seemed like inflammation, so they decided to remove the silicone after just one week. Only the silicone was removed, and now 3 weeks have passed, but my nostrils are uneven and one side is starting to look pinchedㅠㅠ According to the doctor and consultant, they say it's a symptom of the contraction phase and it can look different because of swelling, but I really, really regret having the revision surgery and I can't even meet peopleㅠㅠ My nose is still hard and when I touch…
