Ten years ago, I had nasal tip cartilage tying done. My nasal tip was split like Park Shin-hye’s, so I thought it would be enough to just tie that, but they said my nasal tip was bulky and that they would remove some tissue too, so I said okay. But maybe they removed too much tissue on only one side, because it ended up looking like a deviated nose, and one side became a pinched nose.
