My mom’s eyelids were sagging a lot and it was making her uncomfortable, so we went to get a consultation for upper and lower blepharoplasty. I’d heard that middle-aged eye surgery is a very tricky procedure, so I was quite worried, but during the consultation they explained the surgery method and the direction of improvement in detail, which was reassuring. A friend of mine had surgery here and was very satisfied, which is why we visited, but my mom’s case was a bit different, so I had some concerns before the consultation. After the consultation, they explained very well what method would be best for my mom’s eye condition and answered all my questions sincerely, so I was able to clear up many of the things I had been wondering about. They seemed highly specialized in eye surgery, explained everything in detail, and didn’t pressure me into leaving a deposit, so overall it was a comfortable consultation.
