I previously had a cartilage-binding surgery because the tip of my nose drooped and I had that arrow-nose feeling, but after the nose surgery, the nostril asymmetry, height, shape, and arrow-nose appearance did not change much, so I started looking into revision surgery, and I also had nasal congestion T_T I am posting this in case it helps. The swelling went down a lot, the nose tip line changed clearly, and since the dorsal hump was corrected too, the bridge line looks much better than before~ The blocked-nose area also disappeared, and until a month ago there was still some swelling, but it has improved a lot haha Since the drooping tip is gone, my facial outline also looks clearer haha
