Nose Surgery Reviews

2 weeks after non-implant arrow-nose surgery

I was bothered by how my arrow nose stood out when I smiled, so I wanted to lift only the tip of my nose, and since I sleep with my mouth open, I also hoped to have rhinitis surgery at the same time.I visited several clinics for consultations, but there was nowhere that really caught my eye in terms of design, so while searching on YouTube and cosmetic surgery apps, I ended up booking at the place that seemed to do the most refined work. Among them, I had a consultation at [Clinic A], and after that consultation I felt so much trust that I canceled the deposit reservation I had already made elsewhere and booked the surgery date right away on the same day.I decided to have my rhinoplasty with Director Kim Hyeon-ju. The plan was a bridge without an implant, autologous costal cartilage for the tip, bridge osteotomy, a slight removal of the glabella bone, and surgery to lift a long nose. To help with my breathing discomfort, I also decided to add two types of rhinitis surgery so that the function could improve as well. The director mainly works with autologous costal cartilage, so I liked that the surgery time using autologous costal cartilage was much shorter than at other plastic surgery clinics, and perhaps because the surgery time was short, the swelling was not severe either. Even though it has only been 2 weeks since my nose surgery, there is almost no swelling, so I’m extremely satisfied. More than anything, I feel most confident about my side profile now, and from the front, when I smile, the columella doesn’t look like it drops down and make my arrow nose stand out, so I really like it.
