The more I look at it, the more I think the surgeon has amazing aesthetic sense. I never dreamed my side profile would change like this, lol Before, even though my face lacked volume, had a flat forehead, and a low nose, I was still okay with it. But once my nose got higher and I had fat grafting, even a little loss of the graft makes me feel disappointed. I really understand now why fat grafting needs 2 or 3 rounds. I said I wanted the nose surgery to look natural, and I visited several clinics, but this surgeon gave the most detailed consultation, so I chose the one whose needs matched mine best. That’s why I think I got the result I wanted. A flashy nose would not suit my face, so I wanted something naturally pretty, and I think I made the right choice.
