This was my biggest complex among my facial features since I was in middle school: a round, large, low nose, so I went ahead with it!! The director explained each procedure my nose needed in detail, one by one, so I felt a lot less unsure about what I needed to do. The staff at the front desk were kind, and the people in the operating room comforted me well when I got scared. I was worried right up until just before surgery, but thanks to them I feel like it finished well. For the first two days after surgery, I was fine, but starting on the third day it was really hard. It was nothing compared with the double eyelid surgery I had before. I could barely breathe, my face was more than twice as swollen, and the stitches inside my nose hurt so much that I could not open my mouth wide, so I could not eat well either. Still, after holding out for a week, my nostrils got smaller, my nose got longer, the bridge got higher, and my nose looked smaller!!! It has been a little over a month, and the swelling remains only in the lower part, so I am waiting for that to go down quickly. Every time I look in the mirror, I keep thinking I did well to have it done here, every single day haha.
