It's already been a long time, but after having a child, lately when my child happened to film me on video, I saw that my nose was overly upturned and looked ugly, so I'm looking into revision surgery. I had nose surgery about 20 years ago, and because my nose was so low and small, I wanted it to look like a normal person's nose. I remember they used Gore-Tex for the bridge and also used ear cartilage. (The area between the nostrils - I don't know the exact term.) But now my nose is too upturned and the asymmetry of my nostrils is really stressful. I can't have it revised three or four more times, so I want to get it properly redone. Finding a place that truly does it right, not just advertising, is so hard. Even here it's not easy to filter out ads, but I only just started looking and I have no idea which hospitals are being referred to by initials. On top of that, I had no idea the cost would be this high. In any case, I've decided I definitely need to compare options and get the surgery, so if I'm going to do it, I want to do it quickly. Please recommend some places. For reference, is this the kind of thing called contracture?
