First of all, I had inflammation caused by silicone, so from right after surgery I was swollen from inflammation like an avatar nose, and in the end I had the implant removed after 7 months. It's now been 3 months since then. After the implant removal, the contracture became severe, both nostrils are showing, and the nose keeps getting distorted and shorter. I looked around for consultations and went to Nojil, where they quoted almost 30 million won for contracture correction with autologous costal cartilage, nasolabial angle correction, no implant, and stem cells.. That felt far too expensive for me, so I'm looking into other places. Al and Last also seem to have a lot of experience with revision nose surgery and good aesthetics with a round, natural nose, so I'm planning to go there.
