Pain and thin-skin nose removal #3 months

I came back after a long time because I thought people who were worrying about surgery around the same time as me might be curious about the review~ This is a review about 3 months after surgery. The hard part around the nostril was okay, so because I was preparing for pregnancy I stopped taking the contraction medicine about 2 months after surgery (the doctor felt it and said this 정도이면 I could stop taking it). Around 2 months after surgery, most ordinary pain and daily discomfort were gone. Nose blowing, cleaning inside the nose (organic cotton swabs), bending your head down when you have a cold, sleeping on your side, and so on all became natural after 2 months. When sleeping on my side, there is still a feeling of being pulled a bit (from one month in, it was not completely gone, but little by little). The numb upper-lip sensation also disappeared between months 2 and 3. The columella scar is still left more than I expected (both the old incision scar and the newly made incision line are noticeable) (for some reason the old incision scar looks more noticeable than before). The skin became so thin that the bruise on the bridge seems to have gone after 3 months (the skin color seems to be left like pigmentation). The middle part of the bridge skin seems to have been torn away more, so even along the same bridge line, part of it looks sunken and completely thin (only I or an expert would notice, but I can clearly see it). Sometimes part of the bridge skin looks not just skin-colored but slightly opaque white, and if I pull the cheek skin near the nose, there is a pain of being pulled because the nose skin is thin (I guess I have to live with it thinking it is my karma for touching my nose). The widening at the tip seems a little more spread out than right after stitch removal. The tip is about the same as the surgery nose, or maybe a little lower (it came down from the line where only the tip was pointed right after surgery). The columella angle still changes strangely from side to side sometimes (like right away, then left away). As time passes, the number of strange instances is decreasing. I gave up on the columella scar after trying Noscana a few times because it did not seem to help. I think it would be better to remove the internal stitches a few days earlier rather than waiting until the second week. The stitch line tied to the side pillar of the columella seems to have aged... (the area between the old incision line and the new incision line is bulging like it is pinched). The tip and bridge no longer hurt even when touched gently with my hand, but it hurts if they bump into something, so be careful&&&*Additional things from experience: what to be careful about when going to consultations. Because of the pressure on the bridge, at one hospital the doctor pressed insanely hard, saying he was checking whether the silicone moved, and that caused the bridge implant to move (at that point, after the consultation, I realized the implant could move) (let's not trust doctors either).*For those who are suffering from unexplained pain because of the nose: if there is no implant side effect, no tip inflammation, and no ENT problem, but you have stabbing, tingling, burning sensations, or headaches, it may be a nerve issue, so please get examined by a neurologist... (trigeminal neuralgia, atypical facial neuralgia). I injured my occipital nerve, and because it was left untreated for a long time, I had nerve pain that spread to my face, which was really hard to deal with. To figure that out, I went to many departments, and I even ended up removing the nose implant (the nose implant had its own separate problem too).*Also, if you get nose surgery, rhinitis comes as an automatic option, and because the nasal function is greatly reduced and not good from an ENT perspective, for the sake of your health (nasal function - respiratory system), I want to strongly dissuade people from getting rhinoplasty (hoping someone considering it will see this)&&&Now that I started working and got busy, I do not come into the community anymore. Since I even had it removed, if there is no fatal problem I will probably live as is. I am so fed up that I will never get even Botox on my face again. I have hints about which hospital I had surgery at, so I will not mention the real name (cotton for 7 days, making a new incision on the columella, and the director cutting off the sentence) I think people who know will know. I am half and half about whether I would recommend the hospital. It has only been 3 months, so I cannot feel safe until a year passes, but the surgery result seems average, and the doctor's attitude and communication style are not great. So everyone, please filter promotional posts well, go around and consult carefully (the first consultation is important), and I hope your surgery goes well~~ Beauty after surgery is only temporary, so let's live with our natural selves!!
