It was a small round bulbous nose. I raised it using only autologous costal cartilage without silicone, and I think they removed fat, bound the cartilage, shaved the hump a little, and then extended the support with autologous costal cartilage. If I remove this, will it look even stranger? Would cartilage repositioning alone be enough? If I just remove the fat, won’t the inside of the nose be empty? It was my first nose surgery, so now that I’m thinking of removing it I don’t really know, and I’m worried I may have had too much alteration done. My columella was also very short, but because it was lengthened a lot with support, I’m worried that if it is removed, the stretched skin will suddenly shorten and the columella will curl inward or something like that. Does anyone know about this? I’m also really worried it might collapse.
