I had 2 mm of silicone in the bridge and donated rib cartilage with ear cartilage on the tip in a surgery 2 years ago. At first it looked way too unnatural, but after about a year it became really pretty. But the tip feels too hard and when I talk or smile it keeps feeling fixed, so I am thinking about revision surgery T_T If I change the tip to ear cartilage, would it become rounder and more natural? I am also thinking about removing the silicone, but then would the bridge become too flat T_T The shape itself is natural, but I am pursuing extreme naturalness, so it feels awkward... What do you all think? And if anyone knows a clinic that really does natural results, please recommend one...
