Nose Re-Surgery

Total removal? Leave the support behind?

If I had loved my original look without overthinking all kinds of things, I’d go for total removal with no hesitation... But because I lived for so long with a bridge and tip, I keep thinking that if I actually remove everything, my appearance anxiety will hit me hard. Even if I remove the silicone in the bridge, I keep wondering whether I should preserve the tip cartilage and leave the support structure behind. My thoughts change dozens of times a day. Until yesterday I had more or less settled on total removal after someone here seriously listened to my concerns, but today this feeling is rushing back again... Sigh. I still can’t even get a consultation because I’m not far enough along yet. Maybe that’s part of why I can’t make a judgment, since I don’t even know exactly what state my nose is in right now. I have to wait until September to reach six months, though. T_T Is it just me? Other people here felt this way too, right? For removal or reconstruction, were there any moments or reasons that helped you decide on a direction?
