I'm hoping for full removal, but my original nose was slightly hooked. If the septal extension is removed, will it droop even more than my original nose?... I want to remove everything because I hate the foreign-body feeling, but I'm worried it will droop... If I leave the support in, I won't be able to get the piggy-nose effect, and the hard parts will still be there anyway... How should I handle this? Are there any others with a similar concern, or anyone whose original nose was hooked but still had everything removed?
