I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten-million-won range, but 20 million is a bit ㅠㅠ I'm seriously flustered If they’re truly a god-tier surgeon + renowned specialist, I am willing to do it The plan I received is: For the nasal bridge, they’ll crush costal cartilage and set it in a fabricated mold (using autologous blood) For the nasal tip, my skin is extremely thin right now, so I’m stressed because it has become pointy, so they’ll roundly widen the surface area of the nasal tip + reposition the cartilage widely to the sides It seems they’ll wrap it in rectus fascia and insert it to make it rounded. For a veryㅜ low and small nose, how does this plan look? I’m also curious about opinions.. whether it’s excessive or optimal..?
