The director was kind and explained things in a gentle way. He showed photos of the process of my nose surgery. Looking at reviews of noses similar to mine, everyone had a very natural line. I also wanted a safe, natural line rather than something flashy. He said I must not move at all during surgery and that I would need general anesthesia. That probably means my nose really is a difficult one. The price is high, but it is a hospital whose director I trust.
