Visited for my first surgery, looking only for safety and a natural result. What I liked most was being able to consult directly with the doctor as soon as I arrived. The moment I sat down, they immediately asked what the patient wanted. They asked about my preferences and how I wanted it done. Then they personally took photos, had me lie down on the operating table, checked my nose briefly, and continued the consultation. They kept asking what my preferences were, and the doctor had absolutely no stubbornness or insistence of their own. Calm, thorough, and kind. I also liked that the coordinator did not pressure me at all about reservations or anything like that. If I have questions, I plan to go back for another consultation. The consultation fee was not wasted at all.
