This is a revision rhinoplasty. (The surgery cost was written only approximately) After several surgeries already.. It didn't seem like an easy surgery. I used the septum and ear cartilage, and the remaining implants were the costal cartilage from my own ribs and the cartilage from one ear, but at every place I went they said I should use costal cartilage so the shape could come out well. Most doctors said they wouldn't do the surgery unless it was costal cartilage, or said they couldn't do it, but I wanted to solve it with just one ear. (I was scared of the side effects of costal cartilage) (My thought was that the ear would be the safest) The only doctor who said they would operate using the remaining cartilage from one ear was Goksaem. I've gone to a number of plastic surgery clinics for procedures and surgeries, but this is the first doctor like this. They are truly a real doctor. They treat patients with their heart. The surgical result is that my nose was in such a bad state from multiple previous surgeries, so it wasn't honestly a result that made me go, wow, so pretty!! but I wasn't completely satisfied either. Still, I have no regrets about choosing Goksaem's clinic. There are a lot of doctors who really mess up people's faces... For first surgeries, and even revision surgeries, when the condition is still relatively good (when you have the conditions that can still improve), I think people who get surgery from Goksaem are lucky.
