The director personally took photos and, while looking at them, clearly pointed out the problems with my nose. He also looked closely inside my nose, and I got the feeling that he was truly examining it sincerely, not just superficially. The surgery time ended up being longer than I expected, so I am hesitating, but it was a hospital where I felt the aftercare and communication after surgery would likely be good.
