The manager and the director both explained everything with a lot of care, down to very detailed points. I wanted both functional and cosmetic nose surgery, but the explanations focused more on the cosmetic side. I wanted something more glamorous rather than natural, and they talked specifically about which parts of the nose would be operated on, with what materials, and how.
