The explanation was extremely kind. It was surprising that I had seen them on YouTube. But somehow I still had a bad feeling. I also consulted about my eyes, and it felt like they were only drawing a pretty line without considering the actual condition of my eyes. When I asked later whether that would cause a problem with the distance between my eyebrows and eyes, they said that couldn’t be helped. My trust dropped after that.
