The manager was kind, and the doctor was kind too. The doctor had this sense of passion and drive. I liked that they only do two surgeries a day, and I also liked that they prefer autologous material unless it's a custom implant. Preventing later visibility with ear-skin graft on the tip of the nose also seems good.
