For my first surgery, this was the only director who said not to use the septal cartilage. The plan was to operate using ear cartilage only. I liked that he explained everything while drawing pictures in a way that was easy to understand. My mother and I are going around hospitals together, and my mother liked it too. I felt trust because the director explained the consultation well.
