The director seems to be very safety-conscious, and the consultation was very specific. I went thinking about reducing my nostrils too, but he said we should first try lifting the tip of the nose, and if it still seems necessary after that, then do it. He also explained the surgery method in detail while drawing pictures. I think it would be good to go in for a consultation.
