Among the hospitals I consulted with, this one was the least pushy and only told me what I actually needed. Because I could understand why they would use a certain material, it was convincing. I liked that they weren't forcing me into an unreasonable surgery method. The doctor's consultation time was long, so it didn't feel rushed or careless; it increased my trust to see him examine my nose carefully. The manager wasn't the type with a loud, over-the-top style either; she explained things calmly, didn't pressure me at all, and even told me to think it over, which I liked. They picked up well on that ambiguous look I want: natural but still with a sharp nose bridge. After one or two more consultations, I think I'll probably have the surgery here.
