I went in for a consultation because my eyes were very sunken, and since the inner corners were uneven, I was going to get revision surgery if possible. They let me in right on time without any waiting, and as soon as they saw my eye condition they immediately caught the problem. I felt a lot of trust from that point, and I liked that they did not push me hard. Both the director and the manager were kind during the consultation, so I left satisfied.
