Had a consultation in November 2021. I went because they said they don't recommend unnecessary surgeries. The doctor and the consultation manager were generally kind, but I remember that their direction was a bit different from what I wanted... They didn't go into details like carefully setting the line height or how many millimeters would be needed to get the look I wanted. It seemed like they preferred a line that was less natural than I had in mind. But they didn't push unnecessary canthoplasty or anything like that, which I liked (except for epicanthoplasty for the mongolian fold), and I remember there were a lot of people waiting even though the hospital wasn't that big, so I thought they must be good lol
