I had consultations with the doctor first, then the manager. When I consulted with the doctor, I wore a headband. The doctor was very kind, and the consultation manager was also very kind. I had a lot of questions, but both the doctor and the manager answered them kindly, and I liked that they seemed to be thorough with aftercare too. But there were fewer reviews than I expected, so I’m conflicted.
