I went for an eye surgery consultation, and the director was kind and explained things well. The atmosphere at the hospital was calm and quiet, which I liked. The disappointing part was that the person doing the consultation kept saying unnecessary things. I hadn't looked into nose surgery, but they said my asymmetry was severe, so I felt a bit hurtㅠ
