I went for a lower eyelid consultation, and first of all the front desk staff were rude. There is a consultation fee of 5,000 won, and the consultation with the director was just average. It felt more like they answered only after I asked, rather than explaining things first? They seemed honest. The consultation coordinator was also honest and friendly. I went for my parents' consultation, so I was relieved that there were older people waiting there. I had made up my mind to have surgery, and when I asked to be connected to the consultation coordinator because of scheduling, I was a little concerned that it was hard to get in touch, so I think I'll put it on hold for now!
