Of all the doctors I've consulted for plastic surgery so far, this one explained things in the most detail and was very kind. You first consult with the doctor, then with the consultation manager. The doctor took a close-up with a DSLR camera of the area I was worried about, then put it on the computer screen and consulted with me while looking at it. Whenever I asked questions, they answered everything and were very kind.
