I'll be completely honest~ I went in for a consultation because I'd heard they were good at what they do, but in the consultation with the manager and the doctor, I was humanly extremely offended. A constantly patronizing tone, pressure about the cost, and being ignored, annoyed-sounding speech and touch, condescending expressions and looks, sighs, gestures I just have nothing to say;( I don't know what kind of problem they had that day, but I am a patient, and I'm not someone who should be affected by their mood. I really remember being in a terrible mood afterward. Never going again haha The consultation itself was novel. They were confident and clearly explained the solution and the surgical method as well. But the attitude was the problem
