It was my first consultation, and I was surprised by how professional it was. The wait was long, but the consultation was worth it. Because of my situation I couldn’t consult with the doctor, but I liked that the manager saw me and immediately explained my nose professionally while recommending options. I’ll update about the doctor’s kindness after the second consultation.
