It has been about a year since my nostril reduction, and the scars remain slightly red. The columella also has an incision scar left, so there’s nothing that can be done about that. They said they would do laser treatment, but even with that, it doesn’t help much. If you’re willing to accept the scars, I recommend it because the design comes out well. I acknowledge the surgeon’s skill. I seem to live with less stress about my bulbous nose than before.
