I came for a nose surgery consultation, and personally I was very satisfied with the process. More than anything, I liked what the doctor was aiming for. He prioritizes stability and natural results, and honestly I think considering stability and naturalness is right rather than pushing too hard and ending up with contracture and similar problems.
