Before seeing the doctor, I had a consultation with the manager, and when they asked which part of my nose I was unhappy with and how I wanted it improved, I explained what I wanted. The moment the doctor saw me, he said my nose was not suitable for surgery, and explained why. When I tried to ask about things I didn’t understand or wanted to request, he said he had already explained enough and that the consultation would only get longer, then ended it. I felt offended.
