After having surgery in 2020, I'm leaving a review because I feel like I waited long enough for the progress. I had bridge augmentation + tip surgery. In conclusion, I plan to get revision surgery at another clinic. The director's consultation was kind and detailed. I was very dissatisfied with the surgical results. 1. Severe left-right asymmetry. => Whether the silicone was bent or shifted to one side, after the first surgery the silicone kept moving left and right and would not stay fixed, so I had to have revision surgery twice at one-week intervals (two anesthetics one week apart). As of 2021, the tip and the bridge are not in a straight line. It's not something you can just ignore; even at a glance, the line of the tip and the bridge is misaligned. For reference, my original nose was crooked and my face is asymmetrical, so that could be part of it. Still, one clear fact is that the silicone was not secured properly in the first surgery, so the silicone in the bridge area moved left and right, and because of that I had revision surgery twice one week apart. 2. The tip is upturned. My original tip was blunt, and during the consultation I was told I had good tip cartilage and could make a more pointed tip shape. As a result, the tip did become more pointed. But compared with before surgery, the tip was lifted upward, and from the side or top it looks pointed, but from the front the tip gathers upward and the nostrils are much more exposed, so you can see the nose hairs. 3. The nasal contour is not clear from the front. I thought the contour wasn't showing yet because the swelling lasted a long time, but after waiting more than a year, it doesn't seem to be because of swelling. From the side the nose became more pointed, but from the front there is almost no nasal contour, so it looks like there are only nostrils. 4. The tip is still numb. The tip has become very hard, and when I lightly touch it with my hand there is still a strange foreign feeling, as if it's not my own flesh, along with numbness. Of course there are individual differences from person to person, but in my case the tip is extremely hard, foreign, and numb.
