The director made a clear judgment about the material, and that part was good. He said this nose would be hard to operate on unless it used costal cartilage, and that it couldn’t be done without it. The consultation manager’s talk was also neat and only covered what was necessary. Since it is a one-doctor hospital and the director has a fixed number of surgeries per day, even though it was early January, the surgery schedule was already full through a month later T_T
