I already knew the director talks fast and the consultation is short, so that didn’t bother me at all. Honestly, I hate it most when people repeat the same thing over and over and the conversation goes off into nowhere, so it was good to hear the answer I wanted right away. But maybe because the hospital had way too many customers, The managers seemed a little frazzled,, I had the consultation and surgery the very next day, but it felt like they didn’t remember the consultation details ㅠ Anyway, I had the surgery, and since it’s only been a little while, if the result is good then I’m fine haha
