I had the nose tip tied and cartilage added, but there was absolutely no visible change, so I had more Megaderm added later. Then a lot of scar tissue formed, and the cartilage that had been tied too tightly bent and can be felt when touched. It seems like they like the upturned bun-shaped nose style, and after the surgery I couldn’t even lie in the recovery room for long and felt like I was being chased out, which was hard.
