I had booked with the doctor I wanted after reading a forum review, but that doctor was not registered on this community. Weird. Anyway, I talked first with the consultation manager, and when I said I had come to look into nose bridge lowering and alar reduction, she honestly told me that doctor was not very good these days and recommended another doctor instead of the one I had booked. I thought about it and stubbornly got a consultation with the doctor I had booked, and he explained things well in a friendly way, but I felt he was lacking in detailed explanation of the surgery method. While we were talking, he said the rest should be discussed with the manager and left. The price was higher than I had roughly expected, so when I asked about the estimate, they said it was because the plan was the three-step alar reduction. They said the cost went up because it was medial + lateral + non-incisional.. But can a method really cut both the lateral side and the medial side like that..? I worried so much that when they asked if I would pay cash, they said they could adjust it to cash, but it was still more expensive than the event price I had found, so I hesitated a lot. Then they asked for a surgery date, so I told them the days I could do, and as I kept hesitating, they said they could lower it to a maximum of 1.9 million won in cash and asked me to call before I paid the deposit. Before going to the consultation, I thought I would just have surgery here, but now I think I should look a little more!! I may still end up getting surgery here after more searching, but it is not urgent..!
